On today's episode I talked to my husband Jason Crandall about how to select a teacher training.

There are so many of you out there who are either looking for a 200 hour program,

an introductory program, and you want to teach.

Or you're looking for an introductory program because you want to deepen

your practice and you think you don't want to teach. Or you've done a 200 hour program and

you're feeling like you need more support. So that's what we talk about in this episode.

Jason has a lot of great insight about whether or not you should stay with your

local teacher or travel and study with a teacher you don't know or whether you should do the training all in one month long

immersion or spread it out and of course there's no right or wrong answers we just kind

of talk through the pros and cons for each. So if you're a

teacher or you're thinking about training this episode will definitely be of interest to you.
