Today I talk to Coral Brown who is a senior teacher in

the Prana Vignasa flow tradition. She leads trainings and retreats and

workshops worldwide.

She's been on the cover of Yoga Journal

and as a regular contributor for them.

She's also featured in video classes on Yoga Vives

and 108.com.

But more than that, Coral is just a really fun,

geeky, I hope you don't mind my saying that, Coral,

geeky person to talk to, and we talk today about the Hindu deities and how she incorporates

them into her yoga classes and into her holistic therapy practice. She is a trained licensed therapist in both

Western and Eastern techniques and she has a really interesting way that she

draws in mythology and story in helping people to rediscover their own story and

write their own narrative.
