Maybe there's nothing to figure out. This is life as is. It ebbs and flows comes and goes because

we resist when we don't know, right? And behind this resistance is complete blockage and a very short mudslide that drops into quicksand. The truth is nobody knows, quote unquote good is not a quote-unquote good is not a constant and there's no need to panic if we

say that we're not. Life is not about being okay, it's about being honest with self and leaning into what is in front of you with complete openness.

It's okay to not know. What's not okay is to pretend.

So I wrote this years back and I wrote it because I used to panic because I didn't know because I didn't have answers.

And I thought since I didn't have answers my life was shit you know and I put a lot of weight on

knowing and having answers and not knowing and not having answers gave me daily anxiety.

And so as a practice, and I still struggle with it today,

but it's a practice allowing yourself to be okay with not knowing and this doesn't mean to not actively look for answers, right? I mean, I think it is our job to explore,
