And so I wanted to explore Tontra because I think it could like Vanessa says it could

deepen your relationship it's something new it's different I think it's also

challenging in that you're you're rewiring yourself you're doing something that may feel

unnatural but the truth is this is more natural than the other stuff.

And part of it is connection, part of it is my own self-challenge.
