The purpose of male menopause is to signal the end of the first part of a man's life and prepare him for the second half.

Male menopause is not the beginning of the end as many fear but the end of the beginning. It is a

passage to the most passionate, powerful, productive, and purpose full time of a man's life.

Okay, I don't know about the term male manoplause. I think that can be controversial as far as you know how that lands for you but I love

this and I agree with it I think it was Carl Young don't't quote me on this, who said that the first half of our lives is

sun and the second half is moon.

And when I think about sun, and now these are my opinions through my own lens not not call young

Yung the first half son I think about

Walking into things hot, I think about judgment, I think about lots of energy of course. I think about

um, ambition, competition, outworking people.

The sun to me feels like little patience.

The sun to me feels like chasing.

When I think about the moon, I think about curiosity moon I think about curiosity I think about a calmness I think about

acceptance when I think about moon energy I think about, by the way, about sun and energy, this is just my take,

okay? But when I think about moon energy, I think about more feminine energy.

When I think about sun, I think about masculine, right?

And these aren't tight to gender rules, right?
