Welcome back to Sex Chat for Christian wives. Today we're talking about the question, is your sex life boring? On one hand, that seems like a ridiculous question. I mean,

generally, sex feels great. A lot of people love it. Some people are obsessed with it. So how can it be

boring? On the other hand, we've heard from many women that their sex life does, in fact, seem

boring. So let's talk about it and see what we can figure out. When a wife feels like her sex

life has become boring, what do you think she means by that? And what worries

may she have if she feels that way? I think there's several things that come out as the word

boring. So it could be that the actual sex routine is pretty much the same each time. And so it

feels like there's no variations. There's no surprises.

It's very predictable. But I also think it could mean that it's not fulfilling her emotionally.

So it feels boring because it's not satisfying. My husband and I were watching a sitcom rerun.

One guy was saying to his married friend, well, you've got to switch

things up with women.

You don't want to get into a rut.

And the husband said, well, I look for that one thing that works and I find it and then I stick

with it because it's a sure thing.

And my husband was just starting to say, oh, yeah, that's the way I do it when the character on TV said, don't do that.
