Where do you need to interrupt the pattern?

Where are you in a coma? I mean, literally, where are you in your life like this? Boop, boop, boop, like, yeah, you're there, you're alive, you're breathing, but you're not actually doing anything. You've fallen into the trap of this same routine that doesn't give you joy, doesn't give you passion, doesn't give you ecstasy, doesn't challenge you, doesn't make you grow, doesn't make you learn, doesn't make you think. You just fall into this mundane, boring existence in certain areas of your life. Maybe it's your health. Maybe it's your relationship. My goodness, tell me it's not in your relationship. Maybe it is in your own spirituality.

Maybe it's in your workplace.

Everyone I talked to has found that area of their life
