This week I spoke with Madeline Dela Rosa.

She is a filmmaker, a ceramicist, and a person who does many things creatively and makes it look easy and brings so much beauty

and authenticity to everything that she makes in a way that I really admire.

She's passionate about French cinema and sustainable fashion and her dog Violet, which we

talk about in this episode, all of those things actually.

We recorded this safely in person in my apartment with some wine earlier this week, and

it was just so nice to get to be in person recording again.

And I usually don't put these out with such immediacy.

Usually I have a bunch in the bank and then I dose them

out. But that hasn't been the way it's been working out recently, which is kind of nice. It's a really

recent conversation. I met Maddie through my friend and our friend of the podcast, Christine,

who if you've been listening for a while, you know,

or if you know Maddie from YouTube, you probably know Christine. I'm so happy to know Maddie

as a person and also her work is truly phenomenal. I say it a million times in this episode,

but she's incredibly talented and sweet and easy to talk to.
