and being in a different setting and just hanging out

with different people, that is medicine.

This week I spoke with visual artist Camilla Ingstrom.

You probably know Camilla and her bright, colorful paintings. She is my favorite painter, my favorite artist right now. And you might also follow her on Instagram where you

would find her occasionally, if you're lucky, dancing in front of a large canvas or a large

painting. She's sparkly. She's warm. She's sweet. She's gentle. She's very grounded.

And she's sort of this magical person who has so much talent and kindness.

And I got to speak with her this week. And you're about to hear that.

I learned a lot about how she spends her days and it really helped me. I plan to adopt some of her patterns and habits and routines that I think make her so productive and successful. And of course, her talent and skill make her so successful.

But it was really cool to hear her talk about how she protects her creative time. So then she can be

playful and free around that. And that's something I'm going to try to give a go myself.

And I haven't started yet because we just recorded this conversation yesterday safely in person in my apartment.

And she's so easy to talk to.

And we had a lot in common that we ended up talking for nearly three hours.

And since we were in my home,
