As you explore this week's theme of inner stillness, I hope you are enjoying your challenge.

Your challenge is to stop at some point during the day and to give yourself some inner stillness. you can think of this as a mindfulness moment for

yourself. So as you close your eyes and just stop right this moment, experience where you may

feel the most tension.

Notice where you're feeling this in your body

and begin to let go of that tension.

You could use your breath, the breathing technique I shared with you yesterday

where you inhale through your nose, the breathing technique I shared with you yesterday where you inhale through your

nose, hold it, and exhale through your nose, lengthening the exhale.

Go ahead again and take a nice deep inhale through your nose.

And as you exhale, release tension.
