This is episode 2087. Welcome to the Daily Meditation podcast. I'm Mary Meckley, and I am excited that you are here as you get ready to explore a little extra peace, energy, and clarity today.

0:23.5

In this week's series, you have been exploring inner stillness.

0:30.1

That's our theme all week long, and you are discovering a different mini meditation technique

0:36.8

in each episode that you can do,

0:39.4

whether you are seated meditating, or maybe you are going through your day

0:45.2

and you need these techniques to help you manage stress throughout your day.

0:51.1

You are in the right place because the best place where you find inner stillness is in

0:59.0

meditation. There's a lot of research showing that meditation is the best way, at least one of

1:07.0

the best ways. Many people claim it is the best way to calm your mind and your body. And that's so

1:14.6

important during these times where there's a lot of uncertainty. So as you explore stillness today,

1:23.1

I'm going to share with you a meditation technique that for many of you, it's your favorite technique,

1:29.5

and it is a chakra focus. Now, you don't have to focus on a chakra if you're not really sure

1:36.1

what chakras are as you do this technique, but I'll be sharing a chakra that helps you to tap

1:43.1

into your inner stillness. In fact, this would be the

1:47.1

most important way if you're exploring your chakras to do it, because this chakra, your second

1:54.3

chakra, is all about inner stillness. I want to mention that I'm recording this outside in my favorite meditation space, and I'm

2:04.3

leaning up against a cypress tree in the cypress forest behind my home. And I'm also recording

2:12.4

this live for you. It's on my Instagram, and I'll probably put this up on YouTube as well. Many of you have

2:20.9

reached out to me on Instagram where I'm showing up several times a day. I want to be like a coach

2:27.6

right there next to you, not only in your ear on a podcast, but where we can interact. And some of you have asked me some important

2:36.1

questions, and I'm looking forward to connecting with you there and doing live guided meditations

2:42.8

with you there. Of course, you can find the full guided meditations on the Sipinome
