you are going to be guided as you do a reflection over your week. Now, you can do

this reflection whether or not you've listened to the series. In fact, I highly recommend

you do a reflection. Taking a glance back over your week,

and you do this at least once a week.

The Dalai Lama is reported to do this every single evening before he goes to sleep. He goes back through his day in reverse.

And he notices how he responded to different stress triggers and the different emotions.

He experienced throughout the day. And this is a way

to assess how you're living your life. And I always share with you at the very final episode
