Summary
Ease yourself into a state of inner peace. One of the most important things you can do for yourself today is to allow your mind to relax.
This week, you're exploring the power of Abundance. You're going to discover the third Yama of the classic, ancient Yoga Sutras. Feeling abundant doesn't necessarily have to do with gaining more. This week, you'll discover how to be content with what you already have. This is a popularly requested replay of a series I created a few years ago. Enjoy!
This is day 7 of a 7-day meditation series, Abundance the Third Yama of the Yoga Sutras, episodes 2769-2775.
YOUR WEEKLY CHALLENGE
You're Invited to take part in an Abundance Challenge. Throughout your day, take a moment to reflect feeling grateful for what you already have.

| 0:07.6 | I'm Mary Mechley and I welcome you to the final episode of a series we've been exploring |
| 0:15.7 | all week long and that is a series from the classic book written by the ancient Indian |
| 0:26.4 | Yogi, Pantanjali, who wrote the yoga sutras and within the yoga sutras he shares what are called |
| 0:36.8 | the Yamas and the Yamas are right living. Yoga means union and when you feel unified and united |
| 0:50.4 | and connected then you begin to notice that everything in your life seems to fall into place |
| 0:58.4 | regardless of what's going on in the world around you. So what a great way for us to feel as we go |
| 1:07.2 | through these uncertain times. If we follow some of the Yamas we may begin to notice that the things |
| 1:18.5 | happening in the world around us aren't such big players in our lives anymore because we are |
| 1:27.3 | feeling that state of yoga or union. So the third Yamma has to do with non-stealing and we've been |
| 1:38.6 | focusing on this Yamma all week long in regard to not allowing your negative thoughts to steal away |
| 1:47.6 | from the most precious moments of your life. One of the most negative thoughts you could have which |
| 1:57.2 | is in fact a very common negative thought is that you are not enough. When you think you're not |
| 2:07.3 | enough you steal from the world's experience of you because you don't live out fully who you are |
| 2:20.0 | and so the world has no chance to get to know your gifts and this is a great loss that your negative |
| 2:32.3 | thoughts steal away from the world. So think about your most common repetitive thought and think |
| 2:43.5 | about if it has to do with your confidence. Maybe you feel stuck. Is it because you feel like |
| 2:52.7 | unless things are a particular way you're not really able to be who you are. When really |
| 3:01.8 | you can always be who you are regardless of what's happening with others and the world around you. |
| 3:12.9 | This is a meditation I encourage you to do outside if you could. If you could do this as a walking |
| 3:20.1 | meditation that's a great way to celebrate and end your week. I'm going to guide you through |
| 3:28.8 | reframing your negative thoughts so that you're not stealing away from your life. I'll guide you as you |
