Well, in today's episode, I'm going to guide you as you focus on imperfection.

So, as you live consciously, you're striving to be your best.

Sometimes that entails embracing imperfection.

And in the interview, JV shared how he felt pretty intimidated by meditating

when he was first starting to meditate.

He felt like he needed to be doing everything just perfectly

that he shouldn't have scattered thoughts or negative thoughts run through his mind

when he meditated that his mind and body should be perfectly aligned,

that it should just happen.

It wasn't until he was at a Buddhist retreat learning how to meditate

that one of the monks there shared a quote with him.

And that was, meditation is the practice not the perfection of being present.
