And I wonder how you're doing with your meditation challenge this week, every week you have a challenge you focus on daily.

Meditate somewhere special. Find somewhere that you don't normally meditate. Maybe a park you've been wanting to explore. Maybe you could meditate there.

Maybe you could meditate with a friend or a loved one and meditate together. Maybe you would like to meditate in a different location in your home.

It's fun to while keeping your meditation ritual consistent to switch it up a little bit and make it more dynamic and exciting.

So as you get ready to settle yourself down to meditate, make sure you're nice and comfortable.

When your body is comfortable, your mind can calm down. Notice how you're feeling today as you straighten your spine and close your eyes.

Gently elevate your eyes upward and notice a subtle shift upward in the way you feel.

Begin to notice the rhythm and flow of your breath.

And as you inhale and exhale gently through your nose, mentally affirm, I trust perfect timing.
