0:07.2

shares a different meditation technique each day customized around a weekly theme and in today's episode

0:16.4

which is episode 679 you'll be guided in a meditation focused on our weekly theme of abundance.

0:29.6

And in today's meditation, we'll be combining several of the meditation techniques we've explored
