I'm Mary Meckley and in today's episode, you're going to be guided using a meditation technique with your breath and breathing techniques are one of the most powerful techniques of all

to calm your mind and body. As you do this breathing technique, visualize some part of your life

where you would like a little more peace and calm.

And as you inhale and exhale through your nose,

this keeps your breath calm. through your nose,

nose, feel as though your heart is sending out peace and calm.

So if it's a relationship you would love to

surround with a little more peace and calm,

feel your heart surrounding the person in the relationship,

or visualizing yourself with perhaps even your whole family sending them love or your

friends or all your colleagues or all your neighbors even sending love to a particular part of the world where you would

like to share peace and calm. So as you do this breathing technique, if you happen to be at the beach,
