Beach Meditations. I actually just came back from the beach.

I actually just came back from the beach. I live in Florida so it's pretty easy

for me to go to the beach. Many of you may find that going to the beach is a highlight in your life.

In fact, you may travel far and spend a lot of money to go to the beach, to relax and unwind. The beach is

often considered one of the best places to do just that. And as it is summer, where I live in the

United States in the northern hemisphere, you in the southern hemisphere are not experiencing summer, but still you may find

that going to the beach is one of the things that brings you peace and clarity. I'm Mary Meckley and I am happy to share with you this affirmation for your Beach

meditation series. The affirmation is I open up to the flow of life all around me.

And when you think about going to the beach, you think about feeling the rhythm of the waves rolling in to the shore

and then receding back out to the sea or the lake or wherever you are at the beach.

And so there's a certain rhythm at the beach you feel as though you're

flowing with all that water around you flowing you feel more open and receptive.
