There are so many things you could be doing. being here

you are doing one of the best possible things you could do for yourself.

In today's episode, you're going to discover a breathing technique for peace.

And peace is often the goal.

When you wake up in the morning and you think about going through your day,

most people claim that they're not really looking to be excited or

ecstatically happy. Most people claim they simply want some peace. They just want

to go through their days with peace.

And so when you consider our theme this week, which is emotional wellness, what brings you the most peace is when you honor yourself, when you allow

yourself to experience authentically who you are and your life in the way it's unfolding.

One of the biggest emotional destabilizers is expectation. So when you're expecting things to go differently than they are, or you're expecting that you'll get

over a heartbreak sooner, or that this job promotion should have made you happy, but you don't really feel happier.

That can be an indicator that you're becoming detached from your emotions.

A lot of times because maybe life isn't rolling out as you expected it to. So be true to your life exactly as it is to find a little more peace.
