Hey guys, welcome back to a wonderful podcast. Oh, I don't even know if it's going to be wonderful.

Because we're recording it again. Welcome to a podcast that we are recording for you right now.

I'm just going to go out on a limb and say, this is going to be wonderful.

It's going to be boss for sure. So this one will be a little bit different than our typical format because we are not necessarily educating in this episode.

This is more of a personal talking about how things are right now.

Yeah, it's also a frustrating topic for us because there is a real issue with authority

when it comes to health.

And we are completely blind to it because that's just how we have been raised,

is to give up our healing authority to doctors to, and I put in air quotes, educated people.

And there's a big problem with that.

And this is way bigger than just nutrition and health, actually.

This is what we do in every aspect of our lives.

We have developed a culture of expertise in America, but really in the West, where people, they get PhDs or master's degrees or they do something that goes above

and beyond the average person's education. And because of that, we hand over our authority to them

and say, all right, you make all these decisions for me because you're the expert on it. And while

there's a purpose to that and there is some utility to having a system like

that, it has gotten so bad that it's almost too late for us to go back.

Right.

But that is what we're kind of going to talk about today.
