So when I look back over the 30 plus years of my career, there's a lot of things that have changed.

Technology's change, zeitgeist, trends, etc.

But one thing that's never changed is that your income is in

income is in direct correlation to the value that you deliver to the marketplace,

that your income is in direct correlation to the value of the problems that you solve.

Solve really big problems and you have an option to make a lot of money.

Solve little problems and you make little money. So as you're watching this and

maybe just maybe you're asking yourself like what can I do in the second half of the year?

What could I do this year, next year, the following year to make more money to have

more abundance? It's the wrong question. The question is what are the problems you're trying to solve whether you're an employee on a team a salesperson an entrepreneur

It all comes down to the same thing how can I solve problems at scale and be compensated for it. That is the game, always in forever,

certainly for my 35 years, but I'm curious for you in the comments, what do you think? Do you

think there's a different strategy, a different game? Am by missing something, do I have a bias around this?
