You have been exploring the theme of creating more intention and purpose in your life,

So all week long you've explored different ways to live rightly.

That is the path of karma yoga and you've been doing this by listening to your heart

and then tuning into your inner wisdom.

This allows you to take action and live your life fully aligned with your highest values.

And this week you've also been going on an honesty quest where every day you are living more consciously by being honest with yourself.

And you're also being more honest with others by living more authentically.

So as you get ready to settle yourself down to meditate today, I invite you to pause for a moment.

And as you do so, think about how you're feeling right now and name your emotion.

As you reflect on how you're feeling, are you surprised by your mood?

Maybe you've been feeling a certain way all day without fully accepting how you're feeling.

Are you suppressing your emotions in any way?

Now is your time to work with those difficult emotions.

I'll guide you through this process as you sit up straight with your eyes closed gently elevated upwards.

Begin to notice where you seem to hold certain emotions in your body.

Inhale and exhale gently through your nose.

With each inhale, see what it feels like to create expansion in your body wherever you feel stress.

As you exhale, release tension.
