more esoteric rituals you could do to cleanse yourself. I lived in Japan for

five years and while I was there, I noticed many people would cleanse themselves

regularly using the elements around them, especially nature. And so I thought I'd

share with you some of those rituals that you might want to try. Just keep an

open mind because some of these rituals may seem a little new to you. But billions

of people do all kinds of rituals that might not make so much sense to you but

they have been time tested to help cleanse you psychologically. And I'm

referring mostly to a lot of the Asian cultures where I happen to be lucky enough

to spend a lot of time. So I want to share some cleanse rituals with you. If you're
