What's one thing that all outlying performers do? Think about how there's two types of people that perform. They perform under their potential. They set a goal here, but their behavior is here. And you got people that are the outliers that absolutely crush their potential. One thing, because I just interviewed seven people that just had unbelievable years last year, they all said the same thing. If they can do it, I can do it. If they can do it,

I can do it. If that person can do it, I can do it. If that person can do it, I can do it. What does

that tell you? They're finding models of excellence. And rather than painstakingly go through all this

hardship, they find someone else that has done it, they map what it is

that they do, they extract the insights, they put it into work, and then it, guess what, it works.

So my question for you is you think about the new year, you think about the new you, you think

about what's possible for you in 2026, who are you modeling, who are you watching? Who are you extracting from so you can

build a better version of yourself faster than anybody else? That's my thought for you on this Monday.

Life is too short to reinvent the wheel. Find excellence. Model it. Do the work and watch what happens.
