Hello, hi and welcome to another episode of the Emma Gunn Show and another update, another installment in this challenge that I have set myself.

This is the challenge to lose 10 pounds.

And I have a lot to say in this episode. So let's start with the most important thing.

I have let you down and I have let myself down because I came into this with a far more

cavalier attitude than I should have done. And I was saying a lot of things that I meant and that I thought I would achieve by the actions that I was going to install as habits.

But I think what I have understood in these first two weeks, three weeks, is that actually I was not going to do that.

So this is my way of saying, I think I should have taken a bit more of a run-up to it.

I think I should have thought about this far more methodically. And I think the only reason that I'm

having this sort of revelation now, and I'm not about to tip over into some really unhelpful habits

in order to just meet the damn goal because I said I was going to and now I feel embarrassed

because all of you are watching and listening, I thankfully, I think, have been intercepted fortuitously,

but I will come on to that in a minute. So what I want to say here is, we are still at a weight
