As you know, I am walking 11,000 steps.

And if I haven't told you, this year I was going to do 10,000 steps for the whole year,

and then I forgot to switch my watch for my goals.

And so first day was 11,000 steps, so I have to stick to it now.

And I have to stick to it because I made a promise to myself that this was going to be the year that I'm going to stick to the things that I promise. But walking for me isn't just about getting in the steps. It's not just about the rote. You know, I have to hit the 11,000 mark. There's so much that I get out of walking. And there are all of these

studies. There's some that say that, you know, walking, I think at least between 8,000 to 10,000

steps a day increases your life expectancy. There's some other studies that talk about the mental
