Today we're listening to episode 76 and I'm talking with Shannon Brassivan.

Shannon is a yoga instructor, she owns a studio here in Indianapolis.

She also owns a CrossFit gym with her husband and their business partners.

Shannon's from Birmingham, Alabama.

She is funny, she is kind, she is insightful, she has all kinds of great things to say in this episode.

We talk about family, we talk about owning a business, starting a business, we talk about God,

we go a little bit of everywhere in this episode.

And one of my favorite things that Shannon says in the episode is that

Easy does not equal happiness.

I think if I took anything from this conversation that would probably be the number one takeaway for me and I loved it so much.

I was honored to sit in her studio and talk to her about important things and I will say the episode guys is a little bit echoey because we are in a big gym.
