talking with Crystal Seaver. Crystal is a trail runner, she's a personal trainer, she does life

with her boyfriend Jesse. They recently completed their first 100 mile race and in this episode we

talk about that, we talk about what Crystal has done in her life to get her to where she is now

and she talks to us a little bit about her workouts and her diet, all things that I'm sure if you're
