Hey you guys today's a special episode because I've got two guests on one episode.

So today I'm talking, it's episode 73 and I'm talking with my friend,

Janet Effrets, and her friend Nora Bird.

I have been coaching Janet for over three years and her and Nora are on the

Wasle team together and they recently, Nora recently completed the Vermont 100

Miler and Janet paced her for the last 30 miles of the race.

So I knew this was going on, I knew Janet was training to do the pacing and it just happened

this weekend.

I was following along pictures and I thought, oh my gosh, I want to get them on the show

while the race is fresh off their minds and they can kind of talk to everybody about what

the experience is like for the runner doing 100 miles, but also what the experience is

like for someone on the crew.

So I thought this was a really cool and unique opportunity and these girls were really

fun to talk to.

You'll get to know them a little bit better in the episode.

I won't go into too much detail there, but they're both awesome women and this was a

lot of fun chatting.
