talking with T.S. Stone. T.S. is the Mama 4. She's a marathon runner. She's a 5K runner.

She's a 10K runner. She's a 1 mile runner. She races all the time. This woman does like 30 races a year.

I've been following T.S. blog for quite a while and follow her on Instagram. She ran her first sub three hour marathon just a few years ago and I loved following her journey.

And in this episode we talk about that. We talk about how she reached those goals and how she balances all of her training with four kids.

We also talk about the track club that she started for kids in her town which is a really cool idea and something I think a lot of us could even replicate.
