So I think you have to make a decision. How do I want to start the new year? Do I want to start

the new year hungover in a panic looking at my pipeline and wishing to myself, man, I wish I would

have made those phone calls, sent out those emails, done those text messages, done those open houses

in November and December. But no, instead, I made the choice to push out all of my income

to February, March, April, because I was

unwilling to do the things I know I'm supposed to do in November, in December.

So as you're watching this video, yes, I am talking to you.

If you push out all the activities, you push out all the income.

Now is the time to focus and do the things that give you and your

business the power, booking more appointments for now appointments or future appointments,

sending out the email, sending out the text messages, doing the work to ensure future success

unless you tell me, no Tom, in the comments, I can afford to push all my income out in the future.

I'll get to all that stuff later.

I don't think that's the case. So I guess what am I saying to you? Do. Just do. Do the things you know

you have to do. And then enjoy the holidays. Do all that stuff. But you've got to do the work.

You've got to build your entire week around what are the marketing and lead generation activities required to ensure my success.
