0:22.8	guys today. My name is Joey Weissen. My wife and I are Blue Diamonds in Dutera, and we've been
0:29.5	in the company for about 10 years coming up on now, so that's pretty exciting. We've been for quite some
0:35.2	time. And I get the opportunity to talk about our toxic load today

0:42.6	because I also just got to go through my own certification
0:47.1	that I'm officially a certified holistic health coach as well

0:56.6	good information that I love to share. So just to get started, the first question I really want
1:02.1	to talk about is how can I spot toxins in my life? Like, what does that look like? What do toxins,
1:08.6	what even are, what is a toxin, right? And so a toxin is something that
1:12.4	shouldn't be in your life that's causing stress on your body that might not normally be there.
1:18.9	And unfortunately, in our society, in our world today, we're kind of surrounded in toxins.
1:25.3	It's in our food. It's in our food. It's in our air.
1:27.9	It's in our drinks.
1:29.5	It's even in our water.
1:30.9	And especially if we drink out of plastic water bottles, interesting enough.
