1:18.0	You know, this color, that brand, this organization, that organization,
1:22.0	and when you've got 15 real estate agents that are all in a
1:24.7	circle and everybody knows everybody, the person that always stands out is either A, the best
1:30.3	storyteller, right? Or the person that the story, the narrative about that agent is the one that
1:36.9	resonates with the customers and that's who we ultimately end up selecting.
