0:54.0	handle objections, people that don't know how to close and because of that they
0:58.6	fail at a radical level in our industry and you and I were committed to the opposite.
1:04.0	The interesting thing though I just got a stat from Mark Johnson, my head of Biz-Dab, he said,
1:07.8	Tom, were you aware that 85% of the people that come into the real estate business come in with no sales skills.
