A couple weeks ago, I hosted podcast camp where I was helping you guys basically live out your dreams and becoming a podcaster.

And in this, we worked so much on mindset.

And the biggest thing that I realized within myself and while observing others is that we get in our own way because of our fear of embarrassment, judgment, isolation, being quote

unquote cringe. God, I hate that word cringe. I feel like it's just fucking holding you back.

It's holding me back. The fear of worrying what other people are thinking of us is holding us

back from our actual dream existence.

the body, and the soul in order to create actionable change in our lives. Because we can talk about

this in theory all day long, babe. But how can we fucking actually embody it? How can we take it and make it actionable?

And that's what we want to do here. And today it's about getting out of our own way. It's about

getting out of that way of self-sabotage and worrying about what other people think about us.

It's about no longer letting embarrassment or being cringy hold us back from the life that we truly deserve

and the dream life that we want to live with our career, with our relationship, with our lifestyle,

with our health, we get held back because we're worried about other people.

But those other people don't get to live this life and this body and this existence.

And so we're going to go through my top four tips on how we're going to remove this self-judgment.

Because although it is coming from other people, the truth is that other people's opinions

and judgments can only affect you if you let them in.

If you take it as some sort of semblance of truth within yourself, that's when you start

to take it personally because if someone comes to you and they're like, I hate your blue hair

and you're like, I don't have blue hair. That's not going to hurt my feelings. If somebody comes to you and they say,
