My name is Yuri Kerman, and I do HR consulting.

Usually I bake those together in my engagements, I go into fast growth companies to really help them to grow and scale and to do that the right way by getting their people strategy right and building up systems, but most importantly, coaching their people, right, helping them to get good feedback,
