It's a bar pleasure, my friend. So how would you get it started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do?

Sure. So my name is Jan. I am an assistant professor at McGill University in the Faculty of Management,

and I mostly do teach classes on negotiation. I've started teaching negotiations five years ago with a background in organizational behavior.

And I think, you know, I just love it.

I've just caught the bug of negotiation and I realized how important of a tool it was and
