of Halloween have you ever considered dressing up as guile from street fighter

it's so funny uh my hair actually used to be 10 inches. So when I got the crew cut, you know, it was Gile. It was Iceman. It was, you know, Arnold from Predator. Yeah. I'm a big 80s buff. I can see you pulling off Iceman. That's Top Gun reference, right? Yes, absolutely. Rest and peace, Falcomer. Yes, exactlyer yes exactly yeah so if you don't know who gile is search a gile street fighter and you'll see exactly we're talking about if he was in green camis uh it would be yes fists up that's exactly right sunglasses on and that hair just spike it up a little bit hilarious all right so let's get into your

story here let's start off with your business uh how many houses are you selling a year approximately

right now yeah so i should be on track to sell 30 this year oh wow that's a lot that's really good

and what area are you selling in so i am in uh Cincinnati so i say the greater Cincinnati area. I mean, I can cover Dayton,

um, southern Columbus, but I'll probably refer that out. And then, uh, northern Kentucky as well. So we kind of,

we work in that, that southwestern, uh, Ohio market. Okay. And is that where you grew up? You're

from that area. Yeah, for sure.

So I grew up five minutes from my office here, our Keller Williams office. So yeah, born and raised in Cincinnati all 32 years. Oh, you're K-dub. Me too, man. That's where I all got started. We don't need to go deep into it because it's not going to be today's show, but there's obviously obviously been a lot of changes in the industry since the sitzer burnet fall out a lot of brokerages like keller

williams like uh remax what other ones got caught up in this thing pretty big compass i think was

a big part of it yeah compass cold bill banker um yeah yeah all the big ones for sure crazy crazy crazy

lawsuit i couldn't believe how much money they had to

settle for. That whole thing is unbelievable to me that even happened. But Keller Williams has had,

I believe, private equity by part of the company. So has there been a change from your perspective

of working there? Is it largely felt the same to you? Yeah. So we actually, so we've,
