how about you start us off by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do? Well, I'm the CEO and founder

of Alignment Strategies Group. We are a boutique consulting firm based in New York, and we help CEOs

and their senior teams to optimize the health and growth of their organizations. And what that means is that when people are facing

complexity, conflict, change, either coming from outside their organization because their field is

changing or coming from inside their organization because the complexity is growing as the

organization grows, we help them to

free themselves from conflict and achieve optimal outcomes.

Fantastic. And you have a great book coming out. Can you tell the audience about that?

Yes. The book is called optimal outcomes. Free yourself from conflict at work, at home, and in life. And it is all about how to not just

resolve conflict when that's not working, but instead how to free yourself from persistent

or recurring cycles of conflict at work at home and in the world. And so can you tell us a bit
