| 0:00.0 | Hey everyone and welcome to our throwback episode. In our throwback episodes, we are reintroducing you to |
| 0:07.5 | some of our most popular episodes. This is great for new listeners who want to learn more about the work |
| 0:13.0 | we've done in the past. And it's a great refresher if you've been a listener for a long time. |
| 0:18.1 | Enjoy. I'm a leadership coach and I have been working in my own practice now for |
| 0:24.8 | about six years. But before that, I led and managed teams for about 20 years. And my primary |

| 1:39.5 | individuals themselves who are facing what they believe to be difficult and how that's creating roadblocks |
| 1:45.7 | in their own success and their own performance in their leadership roles specifically. |
| 1:49.8 | That's fascinating. And of course I find this really interesting because what I've recognized |
| 1:54.3 | is that I think sometimes the best things in life or the things that we really want in life |
| 1:58.7 | lie on the other side of difficult conversations, |
