and he's going to share some practical knowledge with us. So without further ado, Joe Killinger, welcome the show.

Hey, guys.

Thank you for having me on. I appreciate it. It is our pleasure. I love to hear, I know you got the brokerage going, but tell us a little bit about your company makeup, what you got going on, and maybe we'll get into some investments in a little bit, Gino. There you go. We actually are launching a syndication right now, but it's going to be in singleton and at least deal.

So that might not be up your wheelhouse.

Name is Joe Killinger. I love to build companies. I love to help real estate agents build their business.

I've built three companies to five million in 18 months or sometimes less.

And I just and those were the the first one was about the internet,

which was really interesting. And then the last one was by embracing the residential real

estate brokerage community. And the last one, the one I'm in now is working on digital content.

And we've been doing that for a long time. And so we take these companies, we grow them up,

and then we operate them. And right now I've got Commercial Brokers International. That's where I'm at

right now. I've got a business partner, George Pino. He's a CEO of Commercial Brokers International.
