| 0:00.0 | Hi everyone is Kaysonger. Just a reminder that you can listen to all of our |
| 0:06.1 | podcast ad-free on the Headspace app. Space Studio. Hi, my name's Andy, and welcome to Radio Head Space and to Monday morning and |
| 0:30.2 | welcome back. Hopefully you've enjoyed listening to the best of Radio Headspace these |
| 0:34.4 | past two weeks. There's a pretty good chance that if you've been listening to Radio Headspace |
| 0:38.6 | for a while that you got to listen to an episode for a second time. And on the surface that could feel like, well, you're just |

| 1:28.2 | There's no other sort of external information coming in. |
| 1:32.0 | Now I chose this particular book and there are a number |
| 1:34.8 | of short verses throughout the book. It was really interesting over the course of |
| 1:39.2 | that year how differently those words felt every single day. |
| 1:45.0 | I didn't read a lot every day, a few pages at most, but it always felt different. |
| 1:50.0 | And it wasn't that I was necessarily repeating what I'd read before, the words were the same, but it felt so different. |
| 1:57.0 | And the same was true for the meditation too, of course. |
| 2:00.0 | On the surface, sitting down, closing the eyes, focusing on the breath. |
| 2:05.8 | It sounds like the same thing every single time. |
