| 1:08.8 | this by reflecting back over your week and taking a look at how you lived your life this week. |
| 1:18.9 | Did you live virtuously according to your code of conduct and you notice what may have |
| 1:28.7 | pulled you away from it, what you would have been differently, mistakes or regrets, there's no shame, blame or judgment. |
| 1:39.3 | It's all simply information, it's awareness. And the samurai did this evaluation where they reflected |
| 1:50.8 | back over their day. They did this every single day. It was part of their |
| 1:56.8 | samurai code. So as you settle yourself down and get ready to meditate, I invite you to reflect on the three core values of your own code of conduct and reflect on those right now. |

| 2:27.0 | Your body is relaxing. Notice where you hold tension in your body. Just notice where you hold this tension and release it as best as you can. |
