I always consider day seven the final episode of a series to be perhaps the most important

episode because it's the day you reflect back over your week and we always put a spin

on the theme when we consider our week and so your spin this week will be, did you

experience a positive body image, what helped to support a positive body image and what

would you do differently?

So the final episode is always a chance to build that all important awareness as to how

you're living your life.

And I'll share with you the insight for today is my own reflection because this was

When I received this theme request I knew it was an important theme but I wasn't so interested

in it and I think it's because I felt like I don't really struggle with my body image

because I do a lot of things including meditation and yoga and fitness and nature walking and

journaling and waking up at four or five a.m. and getting enough sleep and all these daily

rituals that are built into my life helped me to feel good about myself.
