| 0:48.3 | A mudra is considered a gesture or a seal and it's a way you hold your head. |
| 0:56.4 | Your hands or fingers to stimulate a corresponding region of your brain. |
| 1:04.4 | The mudra today is called the Dharma chakra mudra and it's a simple mudra to do. |
| 1:11.4 | You simply touch together your thumb to your index finger doing this with each hand and |
| 1:19.4 | then you'll take your right thumb and index finger that you're creating a circle with |
| 1:27.4 | and touch the middle finger of your left hand. |
| 1:35.0 | So you're creating a wheel with each hand when you touch your thumb to your index finger |
| 1:42.5 | and then with your right thumb and index finger you pinch the very tip of your middle finger. |
| 1:49.6 | This is a profound mudra and I'll share a little of what it represents and so as you make |
| 2:00.2 | yourself nice and comfortable tune into where you're holding on to any stress today. |
| 2:13.5 | Mentally affirm this week's affirmation I am free to be me. |
| 2:24.9 | I am free to be me. |
| 2:36.0 | Notice the rhythm and flow of your breath. |
| 2:43.2 | With each inhale, tune into your inner strengths, those unique qualities that help you to believe in yourself. |
| 2:56.4 | This Dharma chakra mudra you're doing you may hold at your heart or in your lap |
