Hello and welcome back to another episode of the Embrace reel podcast. I am so incredibly grateful that you are here spending some time with you today. I'm really excited about today's

0:37.2

episode. This is one that I honestly wish I would have had a few years ago

0:41.2

1:38.4

something that would work for me in order to see results.

1:41.6

I thought that I had to work out in a gym and it would

1:44.4

honestly give me anxiety if I couldn't work out within a gym I felt like I didn't get a good

1:49.6

workout and even if I was doing like an intense climb or something outside I still had this mindset that the only

1:56.8

workout that counted as a workout was inside a gym and so I just kind of wanted to share this
