We haven't done one of these his and her episodes in a minute and so many of you love when

I have my husband Zina on so husband Zina hello husband Zina, what's that gonna be back?

This is gonna be really fun because we're gonna talk about quitting and you know what's really

interesting about you and I getting to have these conversations is obviously we talk all the time

but on the show I feel like a lot of people can resonate with the way that you're wired

which is very different from how I'm wired.

For those of you that are familiar with anyogram I'm an anyogram seven which even if you don't

know any gram that's called the enthusiastic visionary so I'm big picture of lots of ideas

constantly and Zina on the other hand is an any gram three the achiever which means he wants to

crush the goal no matter what and I think it's really beautiful and it's really fun to be married

to each other because I got all of these ideas and you like to win and it's fun to win but you know

in pursuit of winning or accomplishing a goal there are oftentimes that we need to realign

and we need to quit things and I think often quitting gets associated with failure and sometimes

as humans we create a meaning that if we fail at something or it doesn't go the way that we wanted
