Girl, I am so excited that you're here for today's episode because I wanted to share

with you a really raw conversation that I had with my husband Sina when I was in a funk.

And my funk was around my business, but I honestly feel like this conversation and the

insight that I learned from it will be helpful for you in a lot of different situations

in your life.

And when I started this podcast at the end of 2018, I really wanted it to be a come

with me, let's figure out life together type of show rather than a look at me, I've

got this all figured out type of show.

And I remember right before I started the podcast, I was listening to a lot of other shows

and it felt as if the women that were hosting or the men, mostly because it's actually

hot more men that are podcasters than women, that were hosting them were five steps ahead

of me, business wise or just with their perspective.

So they were giving advice in hindsight, like back when I was in that season of life or

back when I was in that stage, my business or back when I was in the season of my marriage,

et cetera.
