Because what I've noticed and it really, really frustrates me is how often we can be our

own worst critics and we beat ourselves up about how we're showing up in one particular

area of our life when the expectations that we have for ourselves don't make sense for

this exact season.

And what I mean by this is maybe you are building a business and you started on the side

and you are working a full time job.
