0:31.9

I request that you try as best as you can to do today's meditation outside.

0:41.2

Now what I like to do, this is day seven of this seven day series on the five

0:50.1

stages of loving kindness. What I like to do is on the final episode I like to go on a

0:58.2

walking meditation and that's when I go outside and I go for a walk and I engage all my senses, my sight, I take a look around at the colors and the textures around me, sound, I notice even

shining down on me and taste do I have any flavors that are lingering or fragrances? Maybe there's a certain

many stages and it's important to experience the fullness of loving kindness to master all the stages.

3:00.5

And it's not easy.

3:01.8

It takes resilience and practice. You begin with the very first stage,

3:07.6

which isn't so difficult, it's expressing loving kindness towards yourself, compassion for yourself, and then you move on to sharing it with friends.
