| 0:58.2 | walking meditation and that's when I go outside and I go for a walk and I engage all my senses, my sight, I take a look around at the colors and the textures around me, sound, I notice even |

| 1:28.7 | talking that I might pass and then I'll notice touch how does the wind feel against my skin or maybe the sun is |

| 1:50.7 | smell in the air. And so I go through engaging all my senses and I walk, I take |
| 1:59.5 | in nature. I like to walk in a natural setting and I encourage you to do so yourself but if you live in the city or a |
| 2:08.8 | Congested area maybe your neighborhood's busy, do the best you can. |
| 2:15.0 | At the very least, if you could meditate outside today, |
| 2:19.0 | that would be a fantastic way to reward yourself for all you've been doing this week. |
| 2:25.7 | Now in today's episode you're going to be guided in a meditation that is going to help you to consider how you live through the different stages |
| 2:42.3 | of loving kindness. Now remember loving kindness has |
| 2:47.8 | many stages and it's important to experience the fullness of loving kindness to master all the stages. |

| 3:01.8 | It takes resilience and practice. You begin with the very first stage, |
| 3:07.6 | which isn't so difficult, it's expressing loving kindness towards yourself, compassion for yourself, and then you move on to sharing it with friends. |
